Golden Raisins

Golden or sulfur raisins are processed in three steps. Initially dipping them in Tizab, then drying in the shade so that the moisture reaches the permissible limit. Then they are treated with Sulfur dioxide to retain color. Their color changes to golden amber with a naturally sweet and fruity flavor.
