Plums have a round and fleshy appearance. Bukhara plum is a dried type of plum and because it is dried, it loses its water and has the appearance of wrinkles.

After harvesting, this product is peeled and dried in a completely traditional way, which has been common for hundreds of years.

To prepare it, first MIRABELLE PLUM is boiled in a little water, then after cooling, the skin is peeled and dried in the sun.

In terms of drying dried plums, this product is divided into two types: sun dried and Golden.

Sun dried plums: In this method, peeled plums are placed in front of the sun to dry naturally. This plum is completely natural and organic and has no additives, but the appearance is slightly wrinkled and dark, but its taste is much better healthy.

Golden plum: In this method, before placing the plum in the sun, it’s  treated by sulfur dioxide to return color and then it is dried.

The plums obtained from this method are very large, golden in color and beautiful, but perhaps its taste is slightly different from the taste of sun dried plum, which is the main taste of plums.
