Golden plums

In this method, before placing the plum in the sun, it’s  treated by sulfur dioxide to return color and then it is dried.

The plums obtained from this method are very large, golden in color and beautiful, but perhaps its taste is slightly different from the taste of sun dried plum, which is the main taste of plums.
