Caviar

Caviar is the egg of certain species of fish known as estrogen or sturgeon. Different species of these fish live in some water resources of the Northern Hemisphere, but the Caspian Sea is the most important natural habitat for some of these species. About 90% of the natural caviar sold to world markets comes from the Caspian Sea. It is a high-energy foodstuff that has a very pleasant flavor.
